Yana Germann is a Russian artist based in Saint Petersburg. She has developed her artistic skills in New York Academy of Art, New York, USA, where she has found her authentic, striking and alluring style. 

Her work is characterized by a strong gestural forms combined with areas of layered and arresting details, rendered with rich dynamic brushwork and strong energy. Inspired by Willem de Kooning, Pablo Picasso, Vasilii Kandinsky, Constantin Brâncuși- powerful artists who had created heir own artistic language.
