Katja Preil is an artist living in Germany. Katja is at home in the artist city of Leipzig. A fter completing their bachelor's degree in business management and graphic design, she spent many years all over the world, surfing and discovering their connection to the sea and nature. From Central America to Indonesia and Africa, every culture evoked a feeling of deep admiration. Katja is now implementing these experiences and impressions from nature in her works. Inspired by her home and her second home on the Baltic coast, Katja explores the changing abstract landscapes of the sea, rivers, countries and islands in her work.
